CD duplication
CDs are duplicated by means of replication or industrial duplication by stamping, depending on the quality, quantity and time frame needed to suit your needs. For small quantities, urgent service, or when only the highest quality will suffice, we will carry out your order by digital replication and printing. We can produce up to 2000 CDs/per day using these processes.
For larger quantities (starting at 500 units), duplication is carried out by means of industrial stamping. In this process we offer two finishes, described as follows.
When duplicating CDs, Laborite can print them by means of a classic serigraph process that gives standard quality results. And using the latest CD duplication technology, we can offset print the CD. This provides an image quality rivaling photography. In small or urgent orders, or by special order, we can print your CDs using digital technology, which provides the highest quality available at present.
We are referring to conventional 12 cm diameter CD´s. They may contain music or data with up to an 80 min. or 700 capacity. They may be used with any application that uses music, data, or both. They are compatible with all operating systems such as Macintosh, Windows, Linux, Solaris, VMS, etc.
CD-Card Duplication
CD-Cards can be oval or rectangular, and may contain up to 50 Mb (oval shaped). They are about the same size as a business card. This makes them an attractive option, different from the conventional look of a CD. Given its smaller size, it is ideal for including in company communiqués, company documents, brochures, and resumes. CD-Cards, in their jewelbox case, provide an exclusive image, which is distinctive and outstanding for science presentations or corporate presentations or business presentations. CD Cards can be used in launching new products, for conferences and seminars, for trade fairs, in your product catalogues, as Christmas or wedding gifts (i.e. with a video of the ceremony), etc.

DVD Duplication
Conventional DVDs, type DVD 5 or double layer DVD 9 with respective capacities of 4.7 or 9 Giga bytes, are increasingly popular, and are used in all types of applications where CDs have typically been used, but where these are not sufficient owing to capacity limitations. Prevalent use is for long videos, and also for storage and archiving data, including reports, business communiqués, company documents, brochures, and resumes. BluRay Duplication
Duplicates are an exact copy of the Blu-Ray R disk (on-the-fly copy, exact duplication of the original)
Master formats accepted: Any valid Blu-Ray format. ( Blu-Ray ROM, BR-R, BD-RE)
Disc printing is carried out by means of digital printing with a Photographic resolution of 2400 ppp.
CUSTOMIZING
Customized CD-R/ DVD-R/ BR-R
We offer the option of customizing your CDs, DVDs or Blu-Rays with your company’s stamp or logo, thus creating a brand image. Personalization of CD-Rs, DVD-Rs or BR-Rs by printing the surface of the disc with one of five colors by serigraph or digital photocolor (2400 ppp), and with extensive packaging options.
Customized CD-Cards and Mini CDs
We provide the option of customizing your CD-Cards or Mini CDs. The CD Card is a printable Card, which may be customized by means of serigraph, or digital photocolor, which gives them a professional and personalized touch, as well as providing the option of greatly varying designs.
