Description
The BACKGROUND service has your logo appear as a background for folders in the USB device. Your company’s logo, semitransparent and converted to 1280x1024 resolution appears each time the person who received the gift uses it. It functions automatically and does not require technical expertise.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port.
Upon opening the extractable storage device, the logo will appear automatically as a background for folders.
Material to be supplied by the client
A .jpg image with the logo that the client wishes to use as a background for folders.

Description
The TASKBAR service has an icon with your logo, which appears in the Windows taskbar each time the USB Device is connected.
Normally, the Windows taskbar is located at the bottom of the desktop. Therefore, your logo will appear in the group of icons that are located next to the Windows clock.
Operating mode
Connect the USB Device to the corresponding port.
The icon with your company logo appears in the taskbar.
Your company’s name, a slogan, your Web address, etc. appears over the icon as a message for approximately two seconds.
To remove the icon, just right click and choose 'Exit'. This step is necessary to securely remove the Device.
The icon will reappear the next time you connect the Device.

The 16x16 pixel icon (.ico file) that will appear on screen. We recommend that a transparent background be used. The text that will appear over the icon when the program runs.

Description
The RENAMING service changes the name of the USB Device’s folder. The user will identify the extractable storage device because its name has been personalized and will replace the generic name (generally USB Flash Disk or Extractable Drive).

Upon opening the extractable storage device, the specified text will automatically appear as the folder’s name.

Description
The GoToWeb service opens a Web page each time the USB Device is connected to a computer. This will occur only with equipment having an internet connection.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port.
A Web browser will automatically open (typically Internet Explorer).
The Web page that you wish appears in the browser.
The application will run each time the Device is connected.

Description
The MyMenu service is an expansion of the Taskbar service. It is used to create a customized menu when right clicking on the icon that appears in the Windows taskbar.
This is a completely open-ended service; it is programmed to specification and its operation varies depending on the client’s needs. A typical menu will include the following:
- Link to a Web page.
- Contact by Email (to which the user will send a contact Email to his or her address).
- Direct access to a folder or file contained in the USB Device (the folder or file is permanent). Etc.
- As an added option to this service, we offer the possibility of automatically running the menu’s functions. That means that you can have a Web Site or a specific file open each time the USB Device is connected.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port.
The icon with your company’s logo will appear in the taskbar.
The message "Right click to open the menu" appears over the icon that was just created.
To open the menu, use the right mouse button and choose the desired option.
To remove the icon, just right click and 'Exit'. This step is necessary to securely remove the Device.
The icon will reappear the next time the Device is connected.

Description
The Autorun service causes the automatic execution of a previously defined function to occur. The function may be one the following:
Run a flash video, PowerPoint presentation, etc.
Open a folder in the USB Device.
Run a program provided by the client.
Etc.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port.
After a few seconds, the Autorun service will cause the preset program to automatically start up.

The program or the folder that will be called up when the Device is connected.

Description
The See & Ad service causes a .jpg image with publicity information to appear in the Windows taskbar. In this image, there is a direct link to a Web site. The client chooses the size and contents of the image.
After a few seconds, the image will automatically disappear. It will reappear only when the USB Device is removed and reconnected.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port. The image containing the desired publicity information slides out of the Windows taskbar.
The image will appear during a few seconds in the foreground and to the side of the taskbar.
Upon clicking on the advertisment, the linked Web Site will open.
The image will fade automatically until completely disappearing.

Linked Web page. The .jpg image with the advertisement that the user will see.

Description
The MyData service allows you to have a group of protected files in the USB Device. The user may read and copy these files, but will not be able to erase them from the Device.
All information that you decide to protect will be available in a partition of the storage device. This makes it impossible to erase this data, even if the USB Device is reformatted.
Operating mode
Insert the USB Device in the corresponding port.
"Mi PC" opens.
Double click on the "Data" unit. All protected files will be available in the unit.
To use the USB Device, from "My PC" open the corresponding unit in the group "Extractable Storage Devices ".
